French Gothic legend band since 2006

Sarkasm
DrumsSarkasm is the precise, driving beat behind the French deathrock and gothic rock outfit Cemetery Girlz. Bringing a sharp energy and dark atmosphere to the band's signature sound, his drumming style is deeply rooted in the classic post-punk and new wave erasβdrawing timeless inspiration from iconic Depeche Mode albums and the broader 80s new wave movement. His musical DNA is equally shaped by the shadowy foundations of Christian Death, the theatrical doom of Type O Negative, and the heavy, atmospheric depths of gothic metal pioneers like Tiamat and Paradise Lost.

AlienSPagan
Guitars / VocalsAlienSPagan is the lead vocalist and guitarist for The Cemetery Girlz. He shapes the band's signature sound a blend of classic post-punk, batcave, and gothic metal, heavily inspired by bands like The Cure, Bauhaus, and Christian Death. As a passionate taphophile, he finds much of his creative inspiration in old cemeteries, where he writes most of his lyrics. This dark aesthetic is also heavily influenced by classic horror cinema and silent-era Expressionism. Both on stage and in the studio, he brings a unique balance of dark romance and raw energy that defines the band's identity.

Danyra
BassRooted in the driving, hypnotic low-end rhythms inspired by The Sisters of Mercy, Danyra provides the quiet, immovable heartbeat for The Cemetary Girlz. On stage, her presence is static and statuesque; a sombre anchor letting the deep pulse of the bass do the talking. Crafting her lines in quiet solitude, her creative universe bridges the dark aesthetic of Tim Burton with the brooding elegance of Sheridan Le Fanuβs Carmilla. Drawn to the novellaβs eerie atmosphere and magnetic antagonist, Danyra infuses that same subtle, shadowy intensity into every note she plays.
